Which barcode formats are available?

Are the codes exclusively mine?

Are these numbers globally valid?

Is there an expiration date?

Can I assign the same code to different product variations?

Which image formats will I receive?
We provide every code in four industry-standard graphic formats for maximum design compatibility: PNG, JPG, PDF, and scalable SVG.
How do UPC and EAN formats differ?
UPC-A (12 digits) is the primary standard mandated in North America, while EAN-13 (13 digits) is favored across Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world. We include both versions in your package.
Are the barcodes guaranteed to scan?

Am I allowed to resell my numbers to another company?
No. The license granted upon purchase is strictly for tracking your own product catalog and cannot be legally transferred or resold to third-party entities.

How is my order delivered?
Your files are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is processed, you can download your complete digital asset bundle directly from your user dashboard.
What exactly is inside the download folder?
Your ZIP archive includes dedicated folders for all high-res EAN and UPC graphics, a master spreadsheet (TXT/CSV) listing your numerical codes, and your PDF ownership certificate.
Will I receive physical barcode labels in the mail?
No, RetailBarcode.com specializes strictly in fast digital asset delivery. No physical items or stickers will be shipped to your address.
What is your refund policy?
Because our assets are purely digital and irrevocable once revealed, all sales are considered final. We only process refunds in the highly unlikely event that a code is demonstrably technically invalid.
What happens if my computer crashes and I lose my files?
Your files remain safely stored in your RetailBarcode.com account dashboard. You can log in at any time to re-download your assets from your Order History. We also recommend keeping a local backup.
